SPECIAL EVENTS:
Casa Hines is amazing for special events such as weddings, corporate retreats and family reunions. There are three night minimums for events, please inquire about special rates.

The first floor consists of six spacious bedrooms, each one with its own marble bathroom and a unique antique styled bathtub.

Six bedrooms come with two queen-size beds as well as a queen-size pull-out sofa in each bedroom! Four rooms face ocean side, two faces the tropical gardens and all open to outside terraces.

There is an open family room that is equipped with a kitchenette and wet bar and opens to the pool, terraces and ocean. There is also a children’s playroom, a complete gym, shower and sauna area. There is a large maid/laundry facility with built-in wooden cabinets and numerous additional storage areas.

A massive stone and wooden staircase leads from the courtyard to the second floor. Here rooms have 14 feet ceilings and the outer hallway looks down into the open courtyard. Each room has its own separate balcony. There is a large formal living room which has the grand staircase as its outside entrance. There is also a library lined with glass enclosed custom built book shelves and a quiet, relaxing area for private reading; adjacent is a separate media room. The formal dining room, large enough to seat twenty, opens onto a terrace facing the pool and ocean.

The cook’s kitchen professionally designed and equipped with restaurant level appliance has a large center island and granite counters. There is a specially designed 250 lb. pot rack over the island which holds all the cooking ware required by the professional or amateur cook. You have the option of hiring the acclaimed chef that has been servicing Casa Hines for 10 years.

The master suite spans one entire wing of the second floor. It includes a spacious bedroom directly facing the ocean, a sitting room, a very large custom walk-in closet with two built-in safes and a luxurious bath with Italian marble floors and walls, granite shower, two massive Italian sinks and a slipper style bath tub on claw feet. Includes a private terrace overlooking pool and ocean.

A curved wrought iron staircase starting on a second floor landing leads to “The Tower” which is 50 feet from ground level, designed exclusively for whale watching, and offers a 360 degree view of the ocean, mountains and surrounding area. A spectacular site, especially December thru March.

Fit for a king’s feast or a holiday meal. The dining room comfortably seats twenty and is another great room with a beautiful view.

Custom wood and glass divided light doors that pivot to open allow the outdoors to come in and make this room one with nature. It truly is a beautiful sight!
